Hi Guys..well I'm back to show u my latest creation..I don't know if u have all seen those pop up box cards ,,they seem to be popping up everywhere..lol...When I first saw one I was totally impressed...and wanted to know how to make one..well Pint-rest has some gorgeous ones and I found a great tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers..the box itself is easy to make..the hard part is deciding how to embellish the card...since it was Valentines Day.I figured I would make my husband one..I wasn't quite pleased how it turned out..but at least I have an idea how to go about making one. I definitely want to try making one with butterflies..Whats also neat is that it folds completely flat..so its easy to mail to someone...thanks for stopping by
Merry Christmas !! I figured I would share one more Christmas card with u..I love the sentiment for this card...its what Christmas is really all about..A gift of love to mankind!! Thank God for such amazing love!!
The stamped image and sentiment both are from a Hero Arts stamp set..got it from Micheals last year at Christmas. I used a snowflake stamp that I got from DRS designs..totally love it!!..what makes this card really sparkle is the embossing powder I used..afer I emboss something it leaves a shimmery effect..I found it at a thrift store...which is perfect for making Christmas cards..Hope u all have a Peaceful New Year
Welcome to my blog on this incredible cold Dec.8..I have another Christmas card to share with u..one of my favorite things about the winter season is Snowflakes!!..I simply cant resist buying anything snowflakes...so this past week I decided to give the emboss resist technique another try..using a snowflake stamp...and of course to add a special effect I applied stickles to the snowflakes and a few bling.. Challenges: KeepItSimple want "snow". AddictedToCAS want snowflakes. CrazyForCAS want blue, grey & silver. All that stickles; Happy holidays DRS Designs - Glitter it up
Well Im finally back to showcase my latest card...Gosh its hard to believe that Christmas is around the corner...and we all know what that means!! time to pull out all ur Christmas stamping goodies...well this year I was really looking forward to making Christmas cards...I think it was in August sometime that I was blessed with winning a Heartfelt Creations Christmas Stamp collection..I was super thrilled ..So what I actually won was a total of 6 stamp sets some dies and a paper pad..Here's a pic of what I won!! I was totally impressed!!!
Now on to the card that I created from my winnings...I love snowflakes..and when I saw how u can create a snowflake with the dies. I wanted to give it a try..the sentiment is embossed which is also from one of the stamp sets..I did have to go out of my comfort zone when making this card...in order for the snowflake to fit on my card..i had to make a fairly big card base..but since I love anything snowflake..and Christmas is such a special time year!! why not??

Hi Guys...Its Summer!! so that means there isn't much happening at my craft table..in fact nothing is happening...I guess in summer I simply have more important work then making cards...Like Gardening..so enjoying my flowers and harvesting all these fresh veggies..nothing beats homegrown food!!
But I do have this card to share that I made awhile back...I like it because its made mostly from scraps...love it when I can make something using scraps..I used my Martha Stewart butterfly punch for the butterflies ..added bling and some ribbon...and the end result turned out sweet and simple...
Hope ur all enjoying ur summer!!Thanks for stopping by
Hi Guys..one thing about card making when it comes to combining colors..I'm always amazed at what colors actually look good together. On a recent Fiskateer online crop one of the challenges was to pick three colors from The Pantone Spring Fashion Report. and create a card or any other project. I loved the yellow and teal combo!! I had been wanting to try out my newest embossing folders.aren't those daises gorgeous!! I made the flower with my Fiskars daisy punch..and the leaves are Martha Stewart punches.and of course the pearls add a special touch.
Hi everyone..Welcome to my blog!!I have always enjoyed crafting and working with paper.I especially love making cards.
I hope that my work can inspire some people who take the time to read my blog. TNX for stopping by.
